SAR data can detect troop movement, new bunkers, road construction at 50 cm resolution.
Technically, GSLV with indigenous cryogenic engine succeeding means India can launch 4-ton class military satellites without depending on foreign launchers. This also boosts commercial market - one successful heavy launch = $40-50 million saved and earned.
